Prescription (Rx) medicines can only be dispensed against a valid prescription from a registered doctor. You can upload it at checkout or on the Order via Prescription page. Over-the-counter products do not need a prescription.

Yes. While your order is still pending you can cancel it yourself from My Account → My Orders. Once it is confirmed or shipped, please contact our support team with your order number.

Open the Track Order page (truck icon at the top of the website) and enter your order number with the mobile number or email used for the order. You will see the current status, the date of each step and, once shipped, the courier name and tracking number. Logged-in customers can also track from My Account → My Orders.

Orders within the city are usually delivered within 24–48 hours. Other locations typically take 3–5 working days.

Delivery is free on orders above ₹499. A small delivery charge applies to orders below that amount.

We accept Cash on Delivery and UPI / bank transfer. More online payment options are coming soon.

Enter the coupon code on the cart page and click Apply. The discount will be reflected in your order total.

Unopened products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Medicines, once sold, can only be returned if they are damaged, expired or incorrect.

Absolutely. All products are sourced directly from manufacturers and authorised distributors, and stored as per regulatory guidelines.
